What times can I order for?
We deliver every day from morning until late at night, and different restaurants will have different opening times. To enable a 24/7 food ordering service, you can place and schedule an order for delivery during our operating hours.
What is the chefz?
We are on a mission to transform the way you order food. We partner with the best chefs in the business and bring you the food you love, right to your door.
How does the chefz work?
You can order through the chefz app, available on iOS and Android. Simply add your city to find all the great restaurants delivering in your area, choose your food and place your order. Once the restaurant receives your order, they’ll get to work preparing your food and then carefully package it. Once it’s all ready to go, the chefz driver will pick it up and bring it to you. If you want to be super-organized, you can also order in advance with scheduled delivery.
Can I place orders in advance (scheduled order)?
Yes! You can schedule orders and choose any delivery time.
How do you accept payments?
We do accept payment through visa, master, and Amex cards, as well as apple pay and Mada.
How can I track my order status?
You can track the status from the tracking slider in the homepage, or from orders tab after placing your order.
Can I pickup my order by myself?
Yes. You can use the chefz Pickup service to collect orders from participating restaurants nearby. Use the app to find out which restaurants offer Pickup in your area.
